These arrangements are subject to separate agreements between SchoolNest and individual schools.

7. Payments and Fees

Listing on the Platform may be subject to fees.
All fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before posting. SchoolNest reserves the right to introduce or change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features belong to SchoolNest or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Disclaimer

SchoolNest does not act as a real estate agent.
We do not verify the credentials of agents or the quality of listed properties.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolNest is not liable for:

• Data breaches resulting from third-party platforms
• User decisions based on school or listing content

11. Termination
